DownstairsThis beautiful Breton farmhouse has been carefully restored to a high standard with wooden and tiled floors. The house benefits from oil fired central heating and double glazing, making it an ideal summer and winter accommodation for 8-10 people. The ground floor comprises of a spacious comfortable lounge, with comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs seating up to 10 people. Leading off this room are separate WC and shower rooms. There is a second spacious lounge which houses a collection of board and activity games for the young at heart, and also a single bed extending the accommodation. The house has a range of videos, video player, small TV, DVD, CD/Radio & PlayStation along with a small library of books that you are more than welcome to make use of (if you have time!) The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge, microwave, full size gas hob and electric oven. Plenty of indoor and outdoor crockery. This leads into a utility area, containing a WC, washing machine and a small storage room with sink and freezer. The central heating is controlled from this area. |

UpstairsThere are two large double bedrooms, one quadrouple room with 2 sets of bunk beds and a small room suitable for a baby complete with travel cot. All of the other rooms would be large enough for further travel cots if you would like to bring them along. There is a spacious bathroom with overhead shower.
All beds have pillows and duvets provided, so you will need to bring pillow cases, sheets and duvet covers. OutsideThe property is surrounded by lawn, and ideal for lazy summer lunches or evenings spent eating outside. 2 Garden tables, sun parasols and seats for 12 are provided, with some outdoor toys and a BBQ. | ||
